Mostly Pinot Meunier from the cooler Marne Valley, where the grape truly shines. This is Dehours’ signature “Meunier style”: bold, flavourful and transparently terroir-driven.
Unfined, unfiltered and clarified only by natural decanting, it preserves all the texture and nuance of the fruit.
In the glass, a soft, luxurious gold. The nose opens vibrant and generous—bright orange and lemon zest, ripe apricot and pear—layered with beeswax, pine resin and toasted brioche. The palate is lively yet silky, gliding from apple-pie warmth to white and yellow stone fruit, with gentle cinnamon and vanilla spice. The mousse is feather-fine; minerality lingers long on a clean, savoury finish.
We love it with our belly slices and smoked trout.
