Blinis have their origin in the Russian culinary tradition. They are small, thick, soft pancakes without sugar, made from wheat and buckwheat flour.

This recipe combines noble ingredients: fresh whole milk and fresh whole eggs, without preservatives or additives.

We suggest to toast them right before serving your outstanding canapés.

Ingredients

WHEAT flour, water, sunflower oil, lactose (MILK), MILK proteins, skimmed MILK powder, WHEY powder (MILK), dehydrated EGG and EGG white, raising agents: sodium carbonates and diphosphates; salt, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. We offer next day delivery service to Northern Ireland via DPD at a flat fee of £31.90.
