They strictly avoid GMOs and antibiotics, maintaining an impressive water-to-fish ratio of 99:1. This means that for every fish in their nets, there are 99 parts of water. The dry ager basically remove all extra moisture in the fish, extending its natural shelf life. This process provides a minimum shelf life of 7 days, giving you plenty of time to enjoy our dry aged salmon.
