The eggs are medium sized with a thin shell that gives way to a rich, creamy interior, nutty and buttery, with flavours of walnut and hazelnut and a very clean saline finish that lingers without overpowering. 

Sourced from Russian sturgeon (Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii) aged between 10 and 15 years, fresh and never pasteurised.

We always do our best to make sure our product and service is carried out at our best abilities however if you are not happy we can exchange the product with a new one with an agreed scheme by both parties once we receive the picture of the defective product or send a full refund.

UK (excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands):
Delivery is free of charge for selected postcodes in London Zone 1, and when you order products worth over £100 (including any applied discount codes). For all other UK postcodes and orders below £100, we offer delivery via DPD at a flat fee of £8.90.

Northern Ireland:
We offer next day delivery service to Northern Ireland via DPD at a flat fee of £31.90.

Scottish Islands:
For delivery to the Scottish Islands, we offer a 2-day delivery service via DPD at a flat fee of £24.90.

Scottish Highlands:
For delivery to the Scottish Highlands, we offer a 2-day delivery service via DPD at a flat fee of £14.90.

Channel Isles:
We offer next day delivery service to the Channel Isles via DPD at a flat fee of £31.90.

Isles of Man and Scilly Isles:
For delivery to the Isles of Man and Scilly Isles, we offer a 2-day delivery service via DPD at a flat fee of £18.90.

Isle of Wight:
We offer next day delivery service to the Isle of Wight via DPD at a flat fee of £18.90.
