Mostly Sauvignon Blanc from select vineyards across Marlborough’s Southern Valleys in New Zealand.
A portion is wild-fermented in old oak and everything rests on lees for supple texture, polishing the bright fruit into a seamless, citrus-clean finish.
In the glass, pale lemon. The nose bursts with nectarine and passionfruit, black-currant leaf and grapefruit; the palate is juicy yet taut: gooseberry, lime and ripe stone fruit; gliding to a crisp, mineral snap.
