Bollinger Rosè, NV

Bollinger Rosè, NV

Trustpilot

Bollinger Rosé NV brings the house’s signature power and finesse to a rosé of rare character. A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, drawn mainly from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, it is coloured with just 5–6% of Bollinger’s own red wine. The result is a rosé with real depth and structure.

Elegant and lively, with aromas of wild strawberry, red berries and ripe cherry, lifted by delicate spice. The palate is rich and vibrant with a fine, persistent mousse. The finish is long and gently structured, with a subtle tannic grip from the red wine.

We love it with our belly slices.
