We partnered with Wester Ross not only for their exceptional raw quality but also for their commitment to sustainable practices that protect the surrounding environment and ensure the well-being of their fish. They strictly avoid GMOs and antibiotics, maintaining an impressive water-to-fish ratio of 99:1. This means that for every fish in their nets, there are 99 parts of water. Organic Salmon:
For our organic salmon, we exclusively source it from Scotland through a trusted partner known for growing exceptional fish. This partner follows rigorous organic practices, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and sustainability. Trout:
We source our trout exclusively from MOR Atlantic Trout, the last independent, family-run trout farm in the UK. The family behind this small-scale farm is devoted to raising a unique sea-grown species, the steelhead trout, which grows strong and lean in Scottish waters. MOR Atlantic Trout avoids any use of GMOs or chemicals to accelerate growth, maintaining a natural diet to mimic wild fish lifestyle. The trouts we receive, within 48 hours of harvest, are roughly 24 months old, reaching a weight of around 4.5 kg with a perfect flesh-to-fat balance.

All our products are freshly smoked on a weekly basis, ensuring exceptional freshness. This process provides a minimum shelf life of 15 days, giving you plenty of time to enjoy our smoked delicacies.
