Just keep in mind that Christmas pre-orders will officially close on the 17th of December, and New Year’s Eve pre-orders will close on the 27th of December.
After pre-orders close, we can’t guarantee availability for your festive feasts!
How to pre-order?
To pre-order for Christmas or New Year's Eve, simply follow these steps:
Add all desired products to your cart.
Tick the box “Xmas Pre-Order” in the cart.
Choose your preferred delivery/pickup slot from the dropdown.
Complete checkout as usual.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email. We won’t send further updates until your parcel is handed to the courier.
If it’s a gift, select the gift box and add your message, we’ll include it in the order.
If you wish to place multiple orders with different delivery addresses, we request you to make separate orders for each address.
What are the delivery slots available?
In light of better streamlining our operations and to ensure every delivery reaches you in a timely manner, you will choose a broader timeframe that fits your December schedule.
The available Christmas delivery timeframes are:
Receive between the 10th and 11th of December (pre-order closing on the 7th)
Receive between the 17th and 18th of December (pre-order closing on the the 14th)
Receive between the 22nd and 23rd of December (pre-order closing on the 17th)
New Year's Eve:
Receive between the 29th and 30th of December (pre-order closing on the 27th)
Rest assured, you will be kept informed about your package's status. You'll receive email and/or text message notifications when your parcel is dispatched and when it's due for delivery.
In case you are unavailable to receive a delivery between any of these date ranges, we kindly request you to let us know reaching out to us at team@smokin-brothers.com so we can do our best to adjust the delivery schedule to accommodate your needs.
can I pick up my order from the smokehouse? (GL56 0YG)
Yes you can on specific pick-up dates and timeslots.
You can pick up your order from 11am to 16pm on the following dates:
18th of December (pre-order closing on the 17th)
22nd of December (pre-order closing on the 17th)
29th of December (pre-order closing on the 27th)
This arrangement allows us to ensure your order is freshly prepared and ready for collection.

When your order is ready for collection, you’ll receive a notification with specific instructions on how to reach our smokery if you haven’t been there before!
If you can't make to any of the available dates reach out to us and we'll do our best to accomodate your request.
Does it make a difference if I pre-order from london or the rest of uk?
Not really, as we handle all our orders through our logistics partner, DPD Local. You will receive a notification with a tracking code to follow your shipment as soon as it is handed to the courier.
However, for the 22–23 December delivery slot, some Central London orders may be delivered by our own refrigerated van, so if you don’t receive a tracking notification, it means we’re handling your order directly.

To ensure the appropriate processing and handling of each order, please place separate orders under unique checkouts in the following cases:
Weekly order and Xmas pre-order: If you want to order for both immediate delivery and pre-order for your Christmas, kindly place these as two different orders. This will help us discern each order and process them efficiently.
Multiple Delivery Addresses: If you're making pre-orders for yourself and a loved one at two different addresses, we request you to make each order separately with individual checkouts.
Delivery and Pickup: Should you need to make a pre-order for delivery and another for pickup at our smokehouse, these must also be made as two different orders with each checked out separately.
