When submitting your pre-order, you'll be asked to select a weekly timeframe for delivery.
We'd like to offer additional clarity regarding our delivery dates, which depend on the week you select. Our in-house, refrigerated vans will be delivering on the following dates:
- Friday, 8th December
- Friday, 15th December
- Friday 22nd, or Saturday 23rd December
- Friday 29th, or Saturday 30th December
In case you are unavailable to receive an order on any of these dates, we kindly request you to let us know by adding a note to your order or directly reaching out to us at email@example.com.
Please note, our system works efficiently to automatically recognize your delivery zone. Therefore, if your location falls outside our free delivery zone, a shipping fee of £8.90 will be automatically applied to your order.

In light of better streamlining our operations and to ensure every delivery reaches you in a timely manner, we have opted to introduce a new delivery framework this year. Rather than selecting a specific date, you will now choose a broader timeframe that fits your schedule. The available delivery timeframes are:
- 7th-8th December
- 12th-15th December
- 19th-22nd December
- 28th-29th December
This reorganized process allows us to better handle the surge in deliveries during the busiest weeks and consolidate deliveries to specific areas.
Rest assured, despite this change, you will be kept informed about your package's status. You'll receive email and/or text message notifications when your parcel is dispatched and when it's due for delivery.
In case you are unavailable to receive a delivery between any of these date ranges, we kindly request you to let us know reaching out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can do our best to adjust the delivery schedule to accommodate your needs.
If you would like to collect your order directly from our smokehouse, located within Daylesford Farm, we offer specific pick-up dates and timeslots.
- Saturday 16th of December, from 12.00 to 17.00
- Thursday 21st of December, from 12.00 to 17.00
This arrangement allows us to ensure your order is freshly prepared and ready for collection.

To pre-order for Christmas or New Year's Eve, simply follow these steps:
- Select your product: Navigate to the product page that you wish to add to your cart. Pre-order now
- Opt for pre-order: Check the pre-order box available on the product page.
- Select delivery or pickup: Choose either home delivery or smokehouse collection (GL56 0YG).
- Decide on a timeframe: Choose your preferred delivery or pickup timeframe.
- Add to cart: Click on the 'Pre-order' button below to add the product to your cart.
- Lastly, complete the checkout process as you would for any other purchase. It's as easy as that! Your festive feast is one step closer to reaching you 🎄
If you wish to place multiple orders with different delivery addresses, we request you to make separate orders for each address. Providing you with smooth and reliable service is our top priority.
To ensure the appropriate processing and handling of each order, please place separate orders under unique checkouts in the following cases:
- Multiple Order Types: If you want to order smoked salmon for immediate delivery and pre-order for your Christmas feast, kindly place these as two different orders. This will help us discern each order and process them efficiently.
- Multiple Delivery Addresses: If you're making pre-orders for yourself and a loved one at two different addresses, we request you to make each order separately with individual checkouts.
- Different Delivery Modes: Should you need to make a pre-order for delivery and another for pickup at our smokehouse, these must also be made as two different orders with each checked out separately.
