Embark on a flavorful journey with our pioneering dry aged salmon. Sourced exclusively from our trusted partners at Wester Ross, each salmon is expertly prepared within 48 hours from harvest, initiating an immediate transition into the dry aging process.
Our meticulous testing has determined that 14 days is the ideal period to achieve a sublime transformation in our dry aged salmon.
We suggest to sear the skin pan frying each side, and then finish in the oven for a few minutes. Be sure to don't overcook it!
