Just juicy fruit, fresh heat, sharp acidity — and our smoked salmon, bringing it all together with elegance.

 

Ingredients (serves 2):

Method:

  1. Slice everything as thinly as possible: grapes into rounds, jalapeño into rings, and red onion into ultra-fine slices. A mandoline will make your life easier.
  2. Arrange the smoked salmon slices on a large plate. Gently layer the fruit and vegetables over the top.
  3. Finish with a generous squeeze of fresh lime juice — it ties everything together and makes the flavours pop.


Extra tip:
Not a fan of intense spicy? Let the jalapeño sit on top for a few minutes to infuse, then remove it before serving. You’ll get that subtle tingle, without the burn.
