What you’ll need

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 200g Smokin’ Brothers smoked salmon (belly cut)
  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • 12 Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 6/8 radishes
  • 6 tsp mustard
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 bunch fresh dill
  • 2 spring onions
  • salt, pepper

Method

  1. Finely chop the dill and spring onions, dice the radishes, and place everything in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. In another bowl, mix the mustard, honey, lime juice, and olive oil until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and toss gently.
  4. Spread the mixture in the center of each tortilla, top with 3 lettuce leaves and 4 slices of smoked salmon.
  5. Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly. Secure with a small piece of parchment paper if you like, and it’s ready to enjoy.

An essential yet refined wrap: a perfect balance of sweet, savory, and fresh, with the smoked salmon belly as the true star. Quick to make, delightful to eat, and definitely worth repeating.

Tips & Variations

  • Warm tortilla: heat it for 10–15 seconds on each side in a pan to make it softer and easier to roll.
  • Extra crunch: add sesame seeds or chopped nuts.
