- 200g Smokin’ Brothers smoked salmon (belly cut)
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 12 Romaine lettuce leaves
- 6/8 radishes
- 6 tsp mustard
- 4 tsp honey
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 bunch fresh dill
- 2 spring onions
- salt, pepper
Method
- Finely chop the dill and spring onions, dice the radishes, and place everything in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil.
- In another bowl, mix the mustard, honey, lime juice, and olive oil until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, and toss gently.
- Spread the mixture in the center of each tortilla, top with 3 lettuce leaves and 4 slices of smoked salmon.
